Members Payments page

This page is for new or existing members to set up or cancel payments to the academy for monthly subscriptions. It also contains any news items relevant to Academy membership.

Following the lifting of lockdown in 2021, and the restarting of face to face classes, the charges were updated. The annual subscription of £25 for insurance was cancelled instead an extra £5 was added to the monthly subscription to cover this cost. The forms below have the amended amounts.

The subscription you are about to sign up to is for two years. Should you need or want to cancel the payments the procedure is given below.

Concessionary rates

The concessionary rate for members is offered if you are unwaged, a pensioner or a student. Should your status change i.e. you become employed we rely on you to let us know and change your subscription fee.

Cancelling your subscription

Please note that if your credit or debit card is cancelled or expires payment will not be taken, but you (and the Academy) will be notified of a non-payment by e mail from Paypal. If your card is lost or stolen and you do not cancel it, then payments will still be taken.

Should you wish to cancel your membership fee please follow the steps below to cancel a PayPal subscription:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
  2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
  3. Select Pre-approved Payments under "Payment settings."
  4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel (TCCA.org.uk)...
  5. ...and click the Cancel Profile button

If you are having difficulty cancelling your subscription then please contact us for further help and we will cancel it for you.
